不可以。手环只与一部主控手机保持绑定，这是为了防止他人趁你不在时连上你的手环。换手机需要先在原手机解绑，或恢复出厂设置。 No. The band trusts a single primary phone, so nobody can pair with it while you are away. To switch phones, unpair from the original phone or factory reset the band.

开始后 10 秒内可以快速取消，或直接长按 1.5 秒丢弃本次录音。已保存的内容可以在 App 里删除。 Cancel within ten seconds of starting, or hold for 1.5 seconds to discard. Anything already saved can be deleted in the app.

不会。电量低于 5% 时手环会自动结束并保存当前录音，同时红闪与长震动提示。已保存的内容不会因断电丢失。 No. Below 5% the band ends and saves the current recording automatically, with a red flash and a long pulse. Saved audio survives power loss.

这是正常的。同步之前 App 只能读到索引（条数、时间、时长、打点数），音频还在手环里加密保存，所以没有标题也没有正文。同步完成后才会生成转写。 That is expected. Before syncing, the app can only read the index — count, time, duration and bookmarks. Audio is still encrypted on the band, so there is no title or text yet. Transcription starts after sync.

默认在手机本地转写，录音不会上传。只有你主动开启云端转写时才会发送数据，App 会在上传前明确提示，并可随时关闭。 By default transcription runs locally and nothing is uploaded. Data is sent only if you enable cloud transcription; the app warns you before uploading, and you can turn it off anytime.

在 App 的笔记列表中打开对应条目，选择删除即可；手环上的副本会在下次连接时清除。若手环遗失，可在 App 内使用「丢失模式」远程擦除全部录音与密钥。 Open the entry in the app's note list and delete it; the copy on the band is cleared at the next connection. If the band is lost, use Lost Mode in the app to wipe all recordings and keys remotely.
