本政策适用于 无锡佳汇臻品科技有限公司（以下简称「我们」）提供的 TELOS 录音速记手环及其配套 iOS App（以下合称「本产品」）。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、为什么收集、如何保存，以及你可以如何删除它们。 This policy covers the TELOS recording band and its companion iOS app (together, “the Product”), provided by Wuxi Jiahui Zhenpin Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
1. 我们收集哪些信息1. What we collect
1.1 你主动创建的录音1.1 Recordings you create
当你按下手环录音键，设备会采集音频。音频在生成转写文本之前是本产品中最敏感的数据。它只在你按键后采集，不会持续监听环境音。 When you press the record key, the band captures audio. Audio is the most sensitive data in the Product until it becomes text. It is captured only after a press; there is no continuous ambient listening.
1.2 转写文本与你的编辑1.2 Transcripts and your edits
音频转写后会产生逐字稿、摘要与待办等文本。你在 App 内对「我的整理」所做的修改也属于本类数据，保存在你的设备上。 Transcription produces a verbatim transcript, summaries and action items. Edits you make to “my version” in the app also fall in this category and are stored on your device.
1.3 设备与连接信息1.3 Device and connection data
为完成配对与同步，本产品会处理手环型号、固件版本、蓝牙/Wi-Fi 连接状态、电量、录音时长与打点数等技术性元数据。这类信息用于让你知道「有几条录音尚未同步」，不包含录音内容。 To pair and sync, the Product processes technical metadata such as band model, firmware version, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi state, battery level, recording duration and bookmark counts. This data exists so you can see how many recordings are pending; it contains no audio content.
1.4 诊断信息（可选）1.4 Diagnostics (optional)
若你在 App 中主动开启「发送诊断」，我们会收到崩溃日志与错误码，用于定位故障。该开关默认关闭，且诊断内容不包含录音与转写文本。 If you turn on “send diagnostics”, we receive crash logs and error codes to fix defects. It is off by default, and diagnostics never include audio or transcript text.
2. 我们不收集什么2. What we do not collect
- 不做广告画像，不接入第三方广告 SDK；No advertising profiles and no third-party ad SDKs;
- 不读取你的通讯录、相册、短信或通话记录；No access to contacts, photos, messages or call logs;
- 不持续采集环境音，不做唤醒词监听；No continuous ambient capture, no wake-word listening;
- 不把你的录音或文本提供给任何模型训练；Your audio and text are never used for model training;
- 不出售、不出租你的个人数据。We do not sell or rent your personal data.
3. 录音如何被处理3. How audio is processed
- 本地加密存储。手环内的音频以 AES-256 加密保存，密钥存放在设备安全芯片中，不随音频一同导出。 Encrypted at rest. Audio is stored with AES-256; the key lives in the secure element and is never exported with the audio.
- 加密传输。同步时音频以加密形式通过蓝牙或建立的直连通道传输到你的手机。 Encrypted in transit. During sync, audio travels to your phone encrypted, over Bluetooth or a direct link.
- 在手机上转写。默认情况下转写在你的手机本地完成，音频不离开设备。 Transcribed on your phone. By default transcription runs locally on your phone; audio does not leave the device.
- 云端转写为可选项。如果你选择开启云端转写以获得更高准确率，App 会在每次上传前明确提示，并说明上传的是音频还是仅文本。你可以随时关闭。 Cloud transcription is opt-in. If you enable it for higher accuracy, the app asks before each upload and tells you whether audio or only text is sent. You can turn it off at any time.
4. 权限说明4. Permissions

5. 保存期限与删除5. Retention and deletion
- 手环内：录音保留至同步完成后的 7 天，或存储接近上限时滚动删除最旧且已同步的内容。 On the band: recordings are kept for 7 days after a successful sync, or the oldest synced items are rolled off when storage approaches its limit.
- 手机内：转写文本与音频保留在你的设备上，直到你删除。 On your phone: transcripts and audio remain on your device until you delete them.
- 删除：在 App 内删除一条录音时，会同时删除音频、转写与索引记录；手环上的副本会在下次连接时被标记清除。删除后不可恢复。 Deletion: deleting a recording removes its audio, transcript and index entry; the copy on the band is cleared at the next connection. Deletion is irreversible.
- 丢失模式：手环遗失时可在 App 内远程擦除，擦除后需重新配对才能使用。 Lost mode: if the band is lost you can wipe it remotely from the app; it must be re-paired afterwards.
6. 安全措施6. Security measures
我们采用静态加密、链路加密与最小权限设计：手环内密钥存放于安全芯片；配对采用带中间人防护的流程；App 打开需通过设备解锁或生物识别。 We use encryption at rest, encryption in transit and least-privilege design: keys sit in the secure element, pairing uses a man-in-the-middle protected flow, and the app is gated by device unlock or biometrics.
任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。若发生影响你数据的安全事件，我们会依据适用法律通知你。 No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. 第三方服务7. Third-party services
默认情况下本产品不依赖任何第三方处理你的录音。仅当你主动开启云端转写时，音频或文本才会发送至我们选定的语音识别服务商；届时 App 内会列明服务商名称与处理地区，且不会用于其模型训练。 By default the Product does not rely on any third party to process your recordings. Only if you enable cloud transcription are audio or text sent to a speech-recognition provider; the app names the provider and processing region, and the data is not used for their model training.
8. 儿童8. Children
本产品不面向 14 周岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。如你是监护人并认为孩子向我们提供了信息，请联系我们删除。 The Product is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a guardian and believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. 你的权利9. Your rights
你可以随时在 App 内查看、导出、修改或删除自己的数据；也可以写信至下方邮箱，要求我们说明数据情况或执行删除。我们会在 15 个工作日内答复。 You can view, export, edit or delete your data in the app at any time, or write to the address below to ask what we hold and to have it deleted. We respond within 15 business days.
10. 政策变更10. Changes
若本政策发生实质性变更，我们会更新本页顶部的日期，并在 App 内提示。继续使用本产品即表示你接受更新后的政策。 If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Product means you accept the updated policy.
