TELOS 录音速记手环 TELOS recording band
它不试图替代录音笔，也不做全天候监听。它只解决一件事：你脑子里冒出一句话、或会议里某个决定被随口说出时，能不能在 3 秒内把它变成以后找得到的文字。 It is not a voice recorder and it does not listen all day. It solves one problem: when a thought appears — or a decision is said out loud in a meeting — can you turn it into text you will actually find later, within three seconds?
采集与整理，分开做Capture and organise, kept apart
手机擅长整理，但掏出手机的那几秒，想法已经没了。手环擅长那一秒，但它不该承担转写与编辑。所以我们把这两件事分给两个设备。 A phone is good at organising, but the few seconds it takes to reach for it are usually enough to lose the thought. A band is good at that second, but it should not try to transcribe or edit. So the two jobs live on two devices.
手机负责「变成文字」The phone transcribes
回到手机附近自动同步，随后转写、分段、提取摘要与待办。 Back near the phone, recordings sync and become timestamped text with summaries and action items.
你负责「决定留什么」You decide what stays
整理是建议，不是流程。不归类就留在待整理，随时可以删。 Organising is a suggestion, not a chore. Leave it unsorted if you like — and delete freely.
一颗按键能做的四件事Four things, one button
会议里不会有人愿意盯着手表看菜单，所以所有操作都必须能盲按完成。 Nobody wants to stare at a watch menu during a meeting, so every action has to work blind.

指示灯与震动Light and haptics
录音时红色指示灯由硬件直接驱动，软件无法关闭；旁人也看得到。机身另有物理麦克风开关，拨到关闭即彻底断电。 While recording, the red LED is driven directly by hardware and cannot be turned off in software — people around you can see it. A physical mic switch cuts power entirely.
你的录音经过哪几层What happens to your audio
同步之前，手机拿到的只是密文。这不是权限开关，而是设计本身。 Before syncing, the phone only ever holds ciphertext. That is not a toggle — it is how the system is built.
① 索引① Index
连上手环就能看到：有几条、各自多长、什么时候录的、打了几个点。没有任何内容。 Once connected you see how many recordings exist, how long each is, when it was made, and how many bookmarks it holds. No content.
② 密文② Ciphertext
音频以 AES-256 加密保存在手环内，密钥在安全芯片中，同步时整段加密传输。 Audio sits encrypted with AES-256 inside the band; the key lives in the secure element and the whole segment travels encrypted.
③ 文字③ Text
解密后转写为文本。原始转写只读保留，你的编辑写在另一个版本里，两者都不覆盖对方。 Only after decryption does text exist. The original transcript stays read-only; your edits live in a second version. Neither overwrites the other.
一句话：没同步的录音，连我们自己都读不出来。
In one line: recordings that have not synced are unreadable — even to us.

我们刻意不做的三件事Three things we deliberately do not do
- 不做隐蔽录音。不提供关闭录音指示灯的“静音模式”，也不预留该功能。未经同意录制他人对话在多数地区违法。 No covert recording. There is no “silent mode” that disables the recording light, and none is reserved in firmware. Recording people without consent is illegal in most jurisdictions.
- 不做全天候监听。手环只在按键后录音，不持续采集环境音，不做唤醒词监听。 No always-on listening. The band records only after a press — no ambient capture, no wake-word monitoring.
- 不把你的录音用于训练。录音与转写文本都不会进入任何模型训练集。 Your audio is never used for training. Neither recordings nor transcripts enter any model training set.
